The SATB2 Family & Medical Conference is more than a conference, it’s a shared story.

Each family arrives living a different chapter.
Each individual communicates in their own way.
Each voice matters here.

This theme celebrates the real stories of individuals with SATB2-Associated Syndrome and the families who walk alongside them. It reminds us that every person, every form of communication, and every stage of the journey matters. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, sibling, grandparent, extended family, clinician, or researcher, you are part of this story, and YOU belong here.

Inside our Days:

  • Wednesday, July 22: Registration and Welcome Reception (light appetizers, dinner on your own) from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Thursday, July 23: Sessions and Childcare from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Lunch provided), Group Photo, and an evening Family Social (dinner on your own)
  • Friday, July 24: Sessions and Childcare from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Lunch provided)

SATB2 Gene Foundation

The SATB2 Gene Foundation was established to enrich the lives of individuals with SATB2-Associated Syndrome and their families through support, research, and education. We are committed to raising awareness of the characteristics of SATB2-Associated Syndrome, providing meaningful support to families, and advancing research across the many areas that impact our community.

Founded by families and driven by collaboration, the Foundation brings together caregivers, self-advocates, clinicians, researchers, and partners who share a common purpose: improving outcomes and expanding opportunities for those living with SATB2-Associated Syndrome.

The SATB2 Conference reflects that mission in action. Guided by our theme — This Is Our Story. Every Voice. Every Chapter. — the conference is where learning, connection, and discovery come together to move our community forward.
