Supporting Families

Childcare

We recognize that families attend together, and that support looks different for everyone. Childcare options are offered to help families participate in conference sessions.

On-Site Childcare

We are pleased to partner with Jovie to offer on-site childcare during conference sessions for a minimal fee. Childcare is available for children ages 3 to 17.

Due to limited space at this year’s conference, childcare spots will be prioritized for individuals with SAS (age 3 – 17 years old) and siblings age 3 to 9 years old. We ask families to please register only for children who truly need care during the sessions, so we can make the best use of the limited space available.

Our experience indicates that spots reserved for older siblings tend to go unused, and we want to be thoughtful about making this resource available to the families who need it most.

If you are unsure whether your child should be registered for childcare or have questions about what’s the best fit for your family, please contact us at conference@satb2gene.org, and we’ll be happy to help.
